well i told my mom so no need for rude answers or replys saying to ask a dr cause i would just like to see what people think, if this happens to other people or if something is rong i would just like to kno why everything seems to get very very bright (to the point i cant see) my ears feel like i have cotton stuck in them (to the point i cant hear) and everything spins and i feel like i cant balance,(i dont pass out) this happens after i run or engage in any drill or activity at field hockey practice, you see i thought it may b lack of water but i drink 2 bottles before each practice, why is this happening and what can i do to make it stop
when this does happen i just have to stop and bend over like im going to touch my toes and let my head dangle to do what seems to me making the blood flow to my head but i cant keep doing thisAt practice i get very light headed dr advice.. please?
I used to get light headed and nauseous when I exerted myself and engaged in lots of intense exercise. It was very annoying and could interfere with my work out. My solution? Electrolyte enhanced water. Basically, when you sweat you lose fluids and electrolytes, which can make your muscles suffer as well as decrease your performance. Electrolyte enhanced water has the same electrolytes as Gatorade minus the sugar and such. When you drink electrolyte enhanced water, your body soaks up these electrolytes quickly since it earlier lost these, which helps your muscles and performance stay level, despite your sweat and loss of electrolyte. For me, drinking this water before, during, and after practice has completely gotten rid of my nausea and light headedness. I would give it a shot.At practice i get very light headed dr advice.. please?
