I have a son that is 3 mos & has eczema,he has 4 diff per frm the dr. NE moms have advice 4 me as a 1st timer!?

This probably sounds crazy, but does he has asthma? Those two things often go hand in hand and if you can get the asthma under control, you may see a difference in his skin. My boss recommends crisco (I know!) after getting out of the bath each night and not using soap every night. When you do use soap, it should be one such as Caress.

I use shea butter and grape seed butter (same consistency as Crisco) on my son every night and he's really improved.I have a son that is 3 mos %26amp; has eczema,he has 4 diff per frm the dr. NE moms have advice 4 me as a 1st timer!?
I don't have any advise really but just thought I'd tell you, when I was a baby I was covered from head to toe with eczema and it didn't get any better until I was a teenager. I still have it on my hands but that's it. There really isn't much that can be done for it! I've tried all the medicines in the world and none of them have worked for me. He'll grow out of it somewhat though. Just make sure you are religious about giving him his medication and when he's older don't let him scratch. my son and I both have eczema especially during the winter months. We use Aveeno lotion throughout the year and if we get the little red patches (usually on our legs) they make a thicker cream just for eczema and it works great!!! We put in on while our skin is still moist from a shower or bath. Try it!!! It works!!!
This will definaltly help you
