Need advice on suing a dr?

ok i had a hysterectomy andi have had all kinds of trouble after


i ran a fever before i left the hospital it went away.2 week later i was back in the hospital due to infection. so now i have a whole in my belly that had to be packed 2 times a day. have had lots of green stuff come out the dr cancealed the nurse an told me to quit packing it it is still 2 inches deep the bottom of the wound is curling in i dont think its going to heal right everyone says i should sue the dr


yes i am over weight and have a roll but it has been kept dry and clean ive kept pads on it does anyone know if i have a caseNeed advice on suing a dr?
It's very difficult to sue a doctor when there's surgery involved. They have you sign a consent form basically saying it's your own risk. The only way you would have a case would be if the doctor left a foreign object in your body or something along that line. I'm sorry.Need advice on suing a dr?
unfortunately you can't sue. you signed a waiver before surgery stating that you understand there is a risk or infection, death etc or something along those lines. but if you really want to you could always contact a lawyer for a consultation!
