TTC..Going to the Dr. today and need advice....?

I鈥檓 23 and my husband is 25. We have been trying to conceive #1 for 18 months now with no luck. My cycles are very regular and we are both healthy (don鈥檛 drink, smoke etc.). I have an appointment with my ob/gyn today that also specializes in infertility. Are there any specific questions I should ask him? What do you think they will do today?TTC..Going to the Dr. today and need advice....?
Hopefully they will also schedule a Semen Analysis for your DH. Men are just as likely to have fertility problems as women. I know we aways thing it must be us mucking up the process but that is not always the case. As mentioned there will likely be blood work etc. for you and probably just describing the process and different types of tests etc. On a side note let me recommend the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I read that book about a month before my scheduled appointment for the infertility clinic and was able to cancel my appointment due to a BFP thanks to everything I learned in that book. It's mostly stuff your doctor will never tell you that can help.TTC..Going to the Dr. today and need advice....?
Take a list of your last few cycles, to give him/her an idea of your regularity, and BBT charts if you have them. Also have a pencil and notepad handy, to write down the long complicated words and acronyms that they'll lay on you but which you'll have forgotten by the time you get home :) Good luck!
they will probably just do a pelvic, go over your lifestyle and order some blood work and maybe an ultrasound.

I just had an appointment with my doctor to discuss TTC. She ordered a full panel blood screen and an ultrasound. That way we check my hormone levels and get a look at my ';equipment';. I go in for results this week.
