NEED DR. ADVICE SEVERE HEADACHE?

Details:

Sever headache as soon as rising to sit or stand

has 1-2 hiccups upon rising

was in the ER the last three days and the following tests were run:

MRI

CT w/wo contrast

CTA w/ contrast

Spinal Tap

EKG

Blood pressure has been fluctuating from 149/85 up to a high of 179/104

The scans (according to the crapola imbicils at the crapola hospital) showed nothing except what they called a torturous blood vessel at the back base of the head

No meningitis

Nothing else on the scans

EKG normal

Gave 3 meds this afternoon - Fiorinal for pain, Prinivil and Zofran for nausea

Took at 6pm. No change in the headache but BP is lower now. The Fiorinal no affect at all.

Someone please ... we need direction here... something to look at because whatever is causing this is ellusive.

The event occured 3 days ago and the headache came just as something else more pleasurable was happening. It was simultaneous.

Any help would be very greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Go see a Neurologist, they treat headaches and know a lot more about them than most GP's. Take all your test results with you but see a Neurologist.NEED DR. ADVICE SEVERE HEADACHE?
keep going back to the doctor.
Go back to your doctor. If you don't find the answer or get the solution you need, get a second opinion.

No doctor who treasures his license is going to give sound medical advice over yahoo answers without having seen you.

Keep going to the doctor until you are satisfied with the outcome. You are your own advocate, and if you are unable to be your own advocate, get someone who can.

Also, keep in mind that medicine can work slowly. I have only recently found the specific disease that is causing all of my problems. This is after 15 years of kidney problems. There was a time they thought it was cancer, it took 3 weeks! to get the test results.

Good luck
