Have you heard of Dr Asa Andrews? Is he Legit? Seems to have good advice.?

I saw his book in the book store a long time ago and spent some time perusing it and there was plenty of truth to it and plenty that i questioned. Nothing jumped out that i definitely would never do except eating the foods i knew i was allergic to that he suggested eating. He definitely is on the right path and offers better advice than most medical doctors out there! Check his book out if you can. i think i remember him having really great tips in a list format at the end of the book.
